I really like this fabric resistance band!
I have been using latex or synthetic rubber resistance bands for the longest time but all of them eventually break down due to humidity and temperature, heavy usage or storage methods.
I get the feeling that this fabric resistance band is much more durable.
I especially like the non slip silicone taping for a better grip.
The fabric material does not cut into my skin when using it for resistance push-ups or squats.
